So far so good;

(Edited review) - In my initial review I noted my complaints of the board not laying flat and that the pieces were already scratching my board with minimal use.

The company reached out to me immediately to address these issues and come to a conclusion to make me a happy customer.

Unfortunately, just due to the design of the board itself it will always have the “warped paneling” issues of not lying completely flat when unrolled (I can only speak for the XL model). It’s not a huge deal but there will be times that you will have to pick your piece up off the board and it’s magnetic grip to move it rather than just slide it over to its new location on the board. For people who way to into attention to detail like myself this may be something that just bugs you. Again, it’s not the end of the world by any means!

The other problem I had was the pieces scuffing/scratching my board during it’s initial and minimal use so early on. I was told by the company I must got gotten an older model because they updated the pieces to have the magnets recessed to avoid this issue, and they gladly sent me a new set of pieces allowing me to keep my board in good shape for as long as possible.

Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and proud to be an owner of such an innovative new way to play whenever and wherever.

This thing is so cool I would be interested in an even larger version.

I would love to be able to buy more detailed pieces separately for both size boards.
